Barcelona, 11th of October 2023 – We are happy to announce that Workfully has successfully raised a 1.2 million euros seed round to fuel its product growth and expand its team.
The round was led by Indico Capital, followed by PitchDrive, Segways Ventures and B Heroes.
Although 2023 was a rough year for both startups and the recruiting industry, Workfully has managed to maintain consistent growth, serving companies and recruiters alike, right when they needed it the most.

In fact, the recruiting service industry is a $700bn market, composed of 150K recruiting agencies with no technological leverage, delivering services to companies in the same way they did 20 years ago.
“At Workfully we are building the best alternative to recruiting agencies. We do that by focusing on the recruiter, building technology around them so they can grow, engage and monetize vertical talent pools in any country, technology or industry,” says Stefano Tacconi, our CCO.

Although fixing the trust problem in the recruiting industry is Workfully's primary focus, we will use the funding to also further develop our HireSkilling offering, which enables enterprises to attract, hire, train and coach high-potential, diverse talent into the technical roles of the future.
