Renita Käsper is a globally recognised talent acquisition leader with over 20 years of experience building high-performing hiring functions across some of the world's most complex and fast-moving organisations.

Most recently serving as Global Director of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at HRS Group - a Cologne-based tech company reshaping the business travel market - Renita has spent her career at the intersection of growth, culture, and hiring strategy. As Director of Global Recruiting at Testlio, she scaled the team by 50% to over 240 people across more than 40 countries, all within a fully remote, distributed-by-design environment.

Before that, Renita spent seven years building the award-winning recruiting team at CV Keskus, one of the Baltics' largest job boards, and has since held senior talent roles at Babbel and beyond. She is a co-founder of the Estonian Recruitment community Recruitment Thursday and the Estonian HR Society, a jury member for employer branding competitions across Europe, and a sought-after international speaker on sourcing, talent strategy, and the future of work.

Alongside his work in tech, David has spent more than a decade advising startups and leaders through his consultancy BeeHustle, and brings a coaching mindset shaped by his long-standing role with Kangoeroes Basket Mechelen. That blend of operational depth and people-first thinking makes him a natural fit in the moderator's chair - grounded, candid, and always focused on the lessons that actually translate to the real world.
